Confident leading groups, they’re friendly, clear communicators who put safety first.
Dependability
They show up on time, every time, and take gear maintenance seriously with sharp attention to detail.
Certifications
They’ve got current Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and CPR certs—or are committed enough to get them
Practicality
They own a vehicle capable of towing a kayak trailer, a must for the job’s logistics.
Diverse Backgrounds
We’re open to a range—young adventurers, seasoned guides, or even retirees with kayaking chops— as long as they fit the vibe and can do the work.
